Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Itt SC87-GS/K1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Metasys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Jamesbury product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metasys such as the NUNIM2061 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1930794 manufactured by Jet and we are pleased to be able to service most Jet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ST600 by Manufacturer Jamesbury as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Johnson-Controls Brand 2473581 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Johnson-Controls such as TEC206C2 equipment made by Johnson-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Johnson-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Johnson-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available STB530 made by J.m.-Clarke as well as the popular FXSC8BASE0 original spares produced by Johnson-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CVA55IRCM1C17L30ALRW04BR by Jai and TEC206C2 spares by Johnson-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
