Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Itt Flygt 4610.490 0170002 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Denso product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 35S20L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3HAC58891 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 410622009103T19 by Manufacturer Denso as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand 35E0580292G2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Abb such as 3BSM0132451 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 35S609T585H1 made by Baldor as well as the popular 35P123Z290 original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3985STPMPP3000 by Culter-Hammer and 3BSM0132451 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 30PT93 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton.
