Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ixys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iwatsu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 K.j.-Law-Engineers product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ixys such as the MUBW5012A8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KK77C6 manufactured by Iwatsu and we are pleased to be able to service most Iwatsu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G2500 by Manufacturer K.j.-Law-Engineers as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kawasaki Brand 10963BW10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Jsk such as RBS001AC equipment made by Jsk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jsk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jsk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SS15401 made by Jlem as well as the popular AB515 original spares produced by John-Crane
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WJT62 by Joyce-Dayton and RBS001AC spares by Jsk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
