Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Itoh Denki HB-508B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Itt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Itt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ixys product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Itt such as the FAGG102GA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FHCG1008 manufactured by Itt and we are pleased to be able to service most Itt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IXYSMCC16216I01 by Manufacturer Ixys as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has York Brand 02539677000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by York such as S16HK16500506 equipment made by York have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available B47037 made by John-Crane as well as the popular NSM1D original spares produced by Jetter

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JL8024JL802410030536 by Jlem and S16HK16500506 spares by York are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2280A341 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer John-Fluke.
