Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Isis-Products ISIS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Johnson-Pump/mayfair products, including obsoleted and phased-out Itoh-Denki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Johnson-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Johnson-Pump/mayfair such as the 101302295 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ORGS2015003200 manufactured by Itoh-Denki and we are pleased to be able to service most Itoh-Denki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D4734 by Manufacturer Johnson-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Juki Brand E8616721OAO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ite such as 401202K2 equipment made by Ite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ite" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available rp151 made by Jennings as well as the popular MWIA52454A original spares produced by Japax

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M9106AGS2NO2 by Johnson-Controls and 401202K2 spares by Ite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RBS001AC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jsk.
