Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Irt 1306-Rack parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jae-Japan-Aviation-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Joyce-Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Itoh-Denki product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jae-Japan-Aviation-Electronics such as the 4S588151 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QC1056 manufactured by Joyce-Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Joyce-Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ORGS2015003200 by Manufacturer Itoh-Denki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ite Brand A103G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Joy-Westinghouse such as C101209 equipment made by Joy-Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Joy-Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Joy-Westinghouse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SM1530A54400 made by Jordan-Controls as well as the popular GI331022C323 original spares produced by Ivo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Durapanel by Isic and C101209 spares by Joy-Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M70S6L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kamo.
