Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Invertek ODE-2-34100-3HA42 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Invertek-Drives products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kaman-Automation-Control--Energy-Minarik-Zell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Jamagawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Invertek-Drives such as the ODE2110051HB1201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KAMAN manufactured by Kaman-Automation-Control--Energy-Minarik-Zell and we are pleased to be able to service most Kaman-Automation-Control--Energy-Minarik-Zell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TS1860N1103 by Manufacturer Jamagawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Jamesbury Brand 3300B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kardex such as 12U0400222RevB equipment made by Kardex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kardex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kardex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GI331022C323 made by Ivo as well as the popular FK1502714X01 original spares produced by Iq-Automation-Flatman

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P5164B by Ishida and 12U0400222RevB spares by Kardex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VPVL200DABD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jamesbury.
