Intellisys Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Intellisys IQ+ and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Intellisys IQ+ include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the IQ+ if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our IQ+ repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Inter-tel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ion-Track product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the IS200VAICH1C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 550011 manufactured by Inter-tel and we are pleased to be able to service most Inter-tel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 170053750501170002 by Manufacturer Ion-Track as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Invertek Brand ODE31200701F12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Invalco such as InvalcoModel4120 equipment made by Invalco have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
