Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Intelligent-Motion-Systems MDO3CSL34C7-EJ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Introl products, including obsoleted and phased-out International-Paper parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Phoenix product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Introl such as the 2836 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20021226 manufactured by International-Paper and we are pleased to be able to service most International-Paper systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2750772 by Manufacturer Phoenix as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Inventron Brand 0119602C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Intercon such as CFDA0WPB0070AZA equipment made by Intercon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intercon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intercon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EMAALMNS2L18L19 made by Eurotherm as well as the popular IP3416 original spares produced by International-Parallel-Machines

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1020AEU by Interface and CFDA0WPB0070AZA spares by Intercon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Q4780000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Invensys.
