Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Intelligent-Instrumentation LP50300-10L0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lauer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pci parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Modicon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lauer such as the PCS110FZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCI30001 manufactured by Pci and we are pleased to be able to service most Pci systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MMPMA2400 by Manufacturer Modicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Omron Brand NT612GDT211NT600MLK201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ir such as PD2G1C1BCF equipment made by Ir have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ir products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ir" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MARLSSSSRDU made by Metso as well as the popular ML121CT1400E original spares produced by Monitech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MI4101KC1 by Klockner-Moeller and PD2G1C1BCF spares by Ir are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PH30 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Corning.
