Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Instrument-Transformers GROUND FAULT SENSOR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kavlico parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kdg product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the SLC16HRandSLC16HT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GE185A1328PT2 manufactured by Kavlico and we are pleased to be able to service most Kavlico systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 40202D1X522EB by Manufacturer Kdg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Keyence Brand PZ101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Itt-Mcdonnell--Miller such as FS74 equipment made by Itt-Mcdonnell--Miller have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 012310OTM296 made by Isi as well as the popular PQ02 original spares produced by Keyence

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SLC12HR by Keyence and FS74 spares by Itt-Mcdonnell--Miller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FSV22RP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
