Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Instrument--Transmitters-Co. GFL 0801X181-SC1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Intel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eurotherm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Intermec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Intel such as the PBA142722010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EMDDMLGCJ0999FSCTJ0999F manufactured by Eurotherm and we are pleased to be able to service most Eurotherm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T2480A114506 by Manufacturer Intermec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Insulet Brand ins002u in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Intermec such as PII21698A equipment made by Intermec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intermec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intermec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5024 made by Ion-Systems as well as the popular 9154 original spares produced by Intermec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PWA100092903 by Intel and PII21698A spares by Intermec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 341115A2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ipc.
