Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Innovative Intergration M62 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Johnson-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jenytec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Intergraph product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Johnson-Controls such as the M130QGA1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DC160V10 manufactured by Jenytec and we are pleased to be able to service most Jenytec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5175269015 by Manufacturer Intergraph as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ishida Brand P5164B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Jamagawa such as TS1860N1103 equipment made by Jamagawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jamagawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jamagawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E0712 made by Ird as well as the popular 9397701 original spares produced by Intersoll-rand

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 188558104L by Itt and TS1860N1103 spares by Jamagawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ME0396PM4LT1A1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jae-Electronics.
