Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Innovation-First 9-3000201 FRC-2004-OI parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cqm1-cpu41 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Starpanel product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cqm1-cpu41 such as the CQM1CPU41 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ACS35003U01A24 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M3300PI by Manufacturer Starpanel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Abb Brand ACS35503U03A34 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Abb such as A3130001AJ equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SER311274L5DS0CB by Berger and A3130001AJ spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1012 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Applikon.
