Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Itran products, including obsoleted and phased-out Isliker-Magnete parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ivo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Itran such as the AS8014000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UGNZ manufactured by Isliker-Magnete and we are pleased to be able to service most Isliker-Magnete systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GI331022C323 by Manufacturer Ivo as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Jomar Brand AS7012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Johnson-Controls such as D31531 equipment made by Johnson-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Johnson-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Johnson-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available T30U033 made by Joslyn-Clark as well as the popular PCB421 original spares produced by Intergraph
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VPVL200 by Jamesbury-Stonel and D31531 spares by Johnson-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PE254T02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jlem.
