Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Midwest parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mirle product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the 7CF740037C7780087C778011 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MMPLA524V40A300P manufactured by Midwest and we are pleased to be able to service most Midwest systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10208B by Manufacturer Mirle as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mini-circuits Brand ZFL1000LN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Minimax such as 100323158 equipment made by Minimax have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Minimax products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Minimax" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ST104A made by Microwave-Logic as well as the popular TX32004UA original spares produced by Mircom
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AMT60BA180 by Mikul and 100323158 spares by Minimax are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
