Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial-Scientific 1810-1295 CMX271 SP202 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dns-Dai-Nippon-Screen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Inland parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Inland product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dns-Dai-Nippon-Screen such as the INR244418 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 336471 manufactured by Inland and we are pleased to be able to service most Inland systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TTR45004201B by Manufacturer Inland as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Infranor Brand SMN29 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Inor such as 70S1611000 equipment made by Inor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Inor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Inor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FF450R12ME4 made by Infineon as well as the popular 11162 original spares produced by Ingersoll

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6400080602F by Trane and 70S1611000 spares by Inor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 30430B10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Integral-Tech.
