Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial-Gold RS51ENC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jinyoung-Contech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Itoh-Denki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Interface product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jinyoung-Contech such as the SX700 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ORGS2015003200 manufactured by Itoh-Denki and we are pleased to be able to service most Itoh-Denki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3211ERG5K by Manufacturer Interface as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Intergraph Brand 5175269031 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Interface-Lbm such as LBM10K468 equipment made by Interface-Lbm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Interface-Lbm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Interface-Lbm" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MP211060102 by Invensys and LBM10K468 spares by Interface-Lbm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FJ3S225 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ite.
