Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial Gold DC7523E120H-P parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ipd-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jlem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ite product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ipd-Automation such as the KMFS52661 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PE302T11 manufactured by Jlem and we are pleased to be able to service most Jlem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5641RDBDAB by Manufacturer Ite as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ironman Brand GRBMQ82410L140 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Invertek-Drive such as ODE2140103HA1X equipment made by Invertek-Drive have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available FC0811 made by Itran as well as the popular 12181 original spares produced by Jds-Uniphase

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the J1234 by John-Crane and ODE2140103HA1X spares by Invertek-Drive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
