Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial-Drives TT-2953-3104-A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Amci products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ge product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Amci such as the SMD23E130EM12P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SRF36164574756BC manufactured by Pacific-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SKS145XAB208 by Manufacturer Ge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Witenstein Brand SK100SMF250SK100SMF250 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Animatics such as SM2320D equipment made by Animatics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Animatics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Animatics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TT20411011D made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular SGMGH44A2A61 original spares produced by Yasakawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMGH13DCAYG15 by Yaskawa and SM2320D spares by Animatics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TSB093 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thaishi.
