Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial-Devices BDS4-203J-0001-W parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ioss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Industrial-Devices parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ite product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ioss such as the DMR210 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BDS4203J0001W manufactured by Industrial-Devices and we are pleased to be able to service most Industrial-Devices systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A203G by Manufacturer Ite as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Jae-Japan-Aviation-Electronics Brand 4S588154 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Interface such as PZ1683 equipment made by Interface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Interface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Interface" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GD1400 made by Infranor as well as the popular 251101 original spares produced by Instron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M472 by Integrated-Synchronizing-System and PZ1683 spares by Interface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P5435A1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ishida.
