Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial-Devices 210/206C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jbt-Foodtech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Isi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Industrial-Gold product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jbt-Foodtech such as the EMC1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC07C manufactured by Isi and we are pleased to be able to service most Isi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RS21P10E by Manufacturer Industrial-Gold as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Industrial-Gold Brand CI51E61V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ite such as 5642 equipment made by Ite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ite" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available WMC made by Interface as well as the popular 22110399 original spares produced by Ingersoll-Rand

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 76580A1001 by Itw and 5642 spares by Ite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1500ASK100T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Interface.
