Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Indramat MHD093C-035-PG0-BN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Parker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Techniques parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Parker such as the MGM1143ASG6JN5Q spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M432NNN08G0Y10 manufactured by Control-Techniques and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Techniques systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC112C0ED4C130A0WI520LXS005 by Manufacturer Indramat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Gettys Brand M237H50A300YAF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as M403B21B3 equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M805AB3 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular MDM082Q2V original spares produced by Panasonic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M235H6JA300R by Gould and M403B21B3 spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
