Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Indramat MAC093A-0-WS-2-F/110-B-2/S005 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eastern-Air-Devices parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gould product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the KA87 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LD11GAM1 manufactured by Eastern-Air-Devices and we are pleased to be able to service most Eastern-Air-Devices systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M432NCNO7207 by Manufacturer Gould as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ew-Hof Brand KS0853200R02KK65F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as M3554T equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M13021168 made by Giddings--Lewis as well as the popular M7040T original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M19184F1034 by Honeywell and M3554T spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M7005A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
