Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Indramat BTV01.4CA-32T-50D-AS-NL-FW parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Epson products, including obsoleted and phased-out M3 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 General-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Epson such as the EG4401SFR1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CAS manufactured by M3 and we are pleased to be able to service most M3 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS3820D0SB by Manufacturer General-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Phoenix-Contact Brand DVGOPC5315032HW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eaton such as EOP1T07 equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FPM104 made by Ied as well as the popular CRT3TFA61L00010077DNC7 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DD20NT0 by Altronic and EOP1T07 spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FN515TU001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
