Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Idec C30N-0509-DD99FB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ifm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ifm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Idec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ifm such as the KA3010APKG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PK8732 manufactured by Ifm and we are pleased to be able to service most Ifm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PMACR1 by Manufacturer Idec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Iei Brand AFL15AN270R1GR20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Illumination-Technologies such as 27165032716503 equipment made by Illumination-Technologies have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KG5047 by Ifm and 27165032716503 spares by Illumination-Technologies are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
