Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 98255 manufactured by Igm and we are pleased to be able to service most Igm systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Iko Brand TU50F26G5CC3T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ideal such as 452530 equipment made by Ideal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ideal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ideal" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CIMRV7AU20P7 made by Idm as well as the popular PI008A original spares produced by Ifm
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T1HS2 by Iko and 452530 spares by Ideal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
