Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the I-tech IOP-800 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jlem products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kawasaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Johannes-Heidenhain product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jlem such as the PE506T01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9JA33 manufactured by Kawasaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawasaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ROD1424002900K1 by Manufacturer Johannes-Heidenhain as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ixxat Brand PCI04 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by John-Deere such as ch4020t16775 equipment made by John-Deere have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire John-Deere products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "John-Deere" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D31536003 made by Johnson-Controls as well as the popular U0955 original spares produced by Kaye

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E867729OAO by Juki and ch4020t16775 spares by John-Deere are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FTII414600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jokab.
