Hycon Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Hycon EDN and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Hycon EDN include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the EDN if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our EDN repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Iai such as the RCP2RA3CI28P25150 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM700 manufactured by Hyde-Park and we are pleased to be able to service most Hyde-Park systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PFJT012U by Manufacturer Idec as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
