Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hub GW80215-1AWP3438 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cyclo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Foote parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sew product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cyclo such as the H3245 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HU120 manufactured by Foote and we are pleased to be able to service most Foote systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K76DT80N4I by Manufacturer Sew as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Stober Brand K613WF0700MT20B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dodge such as MR94255UGC equipment made by Dodge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dodge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dodge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M9009 made by Duff-norton as well as the popular LLH8003437 original spares produced by Formsprag

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the I482X7 by Link and MR94255UGC spares by Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LP090M0230111001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Alpha.
