Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hub 0221-10911-217 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Alpha products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cone parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Falk product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Alpha such as the 140ISI9E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0US2540A4 manufactured by Cone and we are pleased to be able to service most Cone systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 120Y2 by Manufacturer Falk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ph Brand 100V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Force such as 153A3U10AT equipment made by Force have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Force products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Force" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 12ft made by Ensley as well as the popular 075SMF110 original spares produced by Wittenstein

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1327AABB40G by Allen and 153A3U10AT spares by Force are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0265010063 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Zae.
