We service and repair Hitachi LWI100 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Hitachi LWI100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the LWI100 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our LWI100 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC090A0RD1B manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Madoka-System Brand MRDPD020MRDPD020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
