Hitachi Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Hitachi LWI100 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Hitachi LWI100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the LWI100 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our LWI100 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
