Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hewlett-Packard A-3243-53, 08590-60356 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Huanyang products, including obsoleted and phased-out Htt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hub-City product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Huanyang such as the 022GS404061058 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 887732 manufactured by Htt and we are pleased to be able to service most Htt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 022022234 by Manufacturer Hub-City as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hps Brand 3009C4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Huttinger such as TYPEB360110 equipment made by Huttinger have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Huttinger products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Huttinger" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HSMR601P500TR made by Hope-Industrial as well as the popular R8U7AA4662ZD original spares produced by Htc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2210312CC13 by Hubbell and TYPEB360110 spares by Huttinger are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SMC503A000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hyde.
