Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hes-Inc. 930051 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hewlet-Packard products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hilscher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hitachi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hewlet-Packard such as the C2550T07141205 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NT100RECOML manufactured by Hilscher and we are pleased to be able to service most Hilscher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature INVC3781RZK91372A3 by Manufacturer Hitachi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hitachi Brand EZJ104C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hewlet-Packard such as HBCS2300 equipment made by Hewlet-Packard have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hewlet-Packard products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hewlet-Packard" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HFCVWA16LB2 made by Hitachi as well as the popular YTR48BH original spares produced by Hitachi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4640535214312A by Hill-House and HBCS2300 spares by Hewlet-Packard are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F3236 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hima.
