Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hart-Scientific STT850-S-0-A-CHC-11S-A-10A0-00-0000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dy-4-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynamatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dynaserv product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dy-4-Systems such as the SVME541 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1524251 manufactured by Dynamatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynamatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SD1045B022SN by Manufacturer Dynaserv as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dynex Brand ZZ23334 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dymec such as 5844 equipment made by Dymec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dymec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dymec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 15493500 made by Dynamatic as well as the popular Dynics original spares produced by Au-Optronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HS2016mmDifBD526V13CBL by Dynapar and 5844 spares by Dymec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Model121 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynapath.
