Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hart-Scientific 275-D9EI5C0000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Flender products, including obsoleted and phased-out Force-Computers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fisher-Rosemount product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Flender such as the Z10GB80P4R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 104912 manufactured by Force-Computers and we are pleased to be able to service most Force-Computers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CP6701X1EA1 by Manufacturer Fisher-Rosemount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Flash-Technology Brand PC3242 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fmc such as AAPU4E equipment made by Fmc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fmc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fmc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5020209800 made by Giddings--Lewis as well as the popular VLFMTX1008 original spares produced by Fluoroware

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D1100 by Focke and AAPU4E spares by Fmc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 826SL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foote-Jones.
