Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Harowe 11BRCX-300-J10B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heinzmann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Heidenhain product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the LC192F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the STG30 manufactured by Heinzmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Heinzmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 53272904 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Henkel-Tite-Industrial-Volumetric-System Brand 98378 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Heise such as H7429 equipment made by Heise have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heise products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heise" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 0112L2 made by Hoke as well as the popular 21BRCX601H4210 original spares produced by Harowe

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 90491214124201 by Helwig-Carbon and H7429 spares by Heise are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 070101020025 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hohner.
