Harmo Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Harmo PC-II and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Harmo PC-II include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PC-II if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PC-II repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cherry parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ctc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the PGGLOBLEP8TE7585T8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the W424105BG010005A manufactured by Cherry and we are pleased to be able to service most Cherry systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PX104T4 by Manufacturer Ctc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Control Brand STDU03 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lauer such as WOPITX550KTC equipment made by Lauer have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PPS8500DLS2C by Statec and WOPITX550KTC spares by Lauer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
