Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Han Young NX9 NX9-01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Harrel-Incorporated products, including obsoleted and phased-out N-tron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Reliance product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Harrel-Incorporated such as the TC119AP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 508TXA508TXA manufactured by N-tron and we are pleased to be able to service most N-tron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 57C404C574043 by Manufacturer Reliance as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Panasonic Brand ZUEP1109 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Raritan such as DSXA48G2 equipment made by Raritan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Raritan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Raritan" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KCX6DM made by Koyo as well as the popular A1SD51S original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3G2A5OD212 by Omron and DSXA48G2 spares by Raritan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CS1WSLK21 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
