Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Halmar product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the 436102427S1203 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AELS486 manufactured by Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1P4860 by Manufacturer Halmar as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hathaway Brand 308194006 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hauser such as SB721V15 equipment made by Hauser have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hauser products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hauser" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 479U16D1 made by Harnischfeger as well as the popular MVSI3600 original spares produced by Mvsi
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 96100 by Harris and SB721V15 spares by Hauser are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
