Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Haas 93-32-1300, 0728-06-029 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hart-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mte parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mt-Motori-Elettrici product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hart-Scientific such as the MTL4850 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E6621418036 manufactured by Mte and we are pleased to be able to service most Mte systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TN90L4BISP by Manufacturer Mt-Motori-Elettrici as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Omron Brand MS4800S401320 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Motoman such as MS80W equipment made by Motoman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motoman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motoman" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 105R1 made by Msa as well as the popular MTL2313A original spares produced by Mtl

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M3LRR4AUL by M-system and MS80W spares by Motoman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MRS11103E01L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
