Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gulf-Electronic-Systems ELJ179-0000-1J parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hardy products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hanky parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Harowe product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hardy such as the HI4050DRDCEIPN2N3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CD40005000VE manufactured by Hanky and we are pleased to be able to service most Hanky systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 11BRCT300F95A501 by Manufacturer Harowe as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Harmonic Brand 452212883881 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Harmonic such as NOM3121A42113L equipment made by Harmonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harmonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harmonic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 200286 made by Hampden as well as the popular 1P4860 original spares produced by Halmar

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H4890P5024 by Harlond-Simon and NOM3121A42113L spares by Harmonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C81721030G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hagiwara.
