Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gte FB-20779 FB20779A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gtr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gulmay parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hamamatsu product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gtr such as the AFCZ18H5L750S2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 17CA009 manufactured by Gulmay and we are pleased to be able to service most Gulmay systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HC12422 by Manufacturer Hamamatsu as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hanning Brand 8D4369 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Guzik such as 304620 equipment made by Guzik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Guzik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Guzik" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SSP1281024AM30 made by Gulton as well as the popular FFA40160HRESBSP original spares produced by Harmonic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 398785 by Hagan and 304620 spares by Guzik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5225ZCCM1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Halmar.
