Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gse-Tech-Motive C2000AP1N1005 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hauni products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Haskel product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hauni such as the F2051G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20004590 manufactured by Heller and we are pleased to be able to service most Heller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M36 by Manufacturer Haskel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hach Brand 1544 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hangkai such as DD48V1200W50HP equipment made by Hangkai have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hangkai products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hangkai" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 237133 made by Heidenhain as well as the popular L7042840 original spares produced by Heidenhain

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 21BRCX601H4210 by Harowe and DD48V1200W50HP spares by Hangkai are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 28480730 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain.
