Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Grove NH8420605.35+F842NH parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sterling products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sumitomo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sterling such as the S2325HQ04056141 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R8360LP4761 manufactured by Eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RNYM0440100 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Martin Brand P8014M115J in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cone such as SH035A0251 equipment made by Cone have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cone products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cone" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RF724X40KB765 made by Boston as well as the popular S3001620G1T2B original spares produced by Siebert

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SHU76A1203 by Dayton and SH035A0251 spares by Cone are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SK90161AZBD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nord.
