Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Greenlee Tools ES20LX11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Harowe products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gurley-Precision-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Heidenhain product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Harowe such as the 11BRW300M110B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8235H3600CDPA1000M manufactured by Gurley-Precision-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Gurley-Precision-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 52739213 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Haas Brand 323551D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hankison such as 482000921 equipment made by Hankison have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hankison products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hankison" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 31542305 made by Heidenhain as well as the popular 3422A5A original spares produced by Hach

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LS186C940 by Heidenhain and 482000921 spares by Hankison are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D3422C3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hach.
