Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sew-eurodive product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the FH47 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HB1283250TC manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KA37DRE80M4 by Manufacturer Sew-eurodive as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Formsprag Brand LLH8004716 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cleveland such as G1046 equipment made by Cleveland have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cleveland products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cleveland" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HMQ2301 by Grove and G1046 spares by Cleveland are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
