Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Green-Cast-Iron SU-Z-03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hub-City products, including obsoleted and phased-out Helwig parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Grove product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hub-City such as the 022062758322 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 156215177622015410 manufactured by Helwig and we are pleased to be able to service most Helwig systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DMQ2521 by Manufacturer Grove as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hitachi Brand 1601R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hitachi such as 1401R equipment made by Hitachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hitachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hitachi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 10127591 made by Helwig as well as the popular BMQ83030D56 original spares produced by Grove

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DXMQ2323 by Grove and 1401R spares by Hitachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GRG8320177 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grove.
