Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hansatech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Harland-Simon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Harowe product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hansatech such as the 23368B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H4893P277 manufactured by Harland-Simon and we are pleased to be able to service most Harland-Simon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 21BRCX500HC7 by Manufacturer Harowe as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Haas Brand 4023V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gse such as 02029040000 equipment made by Gse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RS2 made by Greco-Systems as well as the popular 181803120300 original spares produced by Haas
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 28562001 by Heidenhain and 02029040000 spares by Gse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HcPq43kAc Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hc-pq43k-Mitsubishi-Ac-Servo-Motor.
