Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Great-Lakes-Instruments 699L0R5A0N-CSN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Haas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gsm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Haas product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Haas such as the 931067C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RXV2804C1580PAM100112GUSM4S manufactured by Gsm and we are pleased to be able to service most Gsm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4015MC by Manufacturer Haas as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Grove Brand BM2242 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gtr such as BF2SM30030TL4A equipment made by Gtr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gtr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gtr" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FM12382 made by Grove as well as the popular HAAS4015ND original spares produced by Haas

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GRDTMQ813300ASS1L6 by Grove and BF2SM30030TL4A spares by Gtr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EL830050524 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grove.
